Required Ingredients

  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • Juice from half a lime

Preparation
Remove the dry outer leaves and the root end of the stalks. Use a rolling pin to gently bruise the stalk base. Tie the stalks in a knot, and put them in a cup.
