Superb Ancient Remedy – This Mixture Will Cleanse Your Blood Vessels & Intestines

The method of cleansing the body should be conducted at least once on every six months, or two times a year, because the accumulated toxins can lead to various diseases.

Frequent colds, infections, fatigue, drowsiness, inattention -- all this is evidence for the presence of toxins in the body, malignant bacteria and other, less harmful substances.

We already wrote about intestinal cleaning using kefir and linseed, and many of you have tried it and positively rated it.

I would like to suggest another effective natural
remedy from the Russian folk medicine, based on kefir and buckwheat flour.

Many of you know the kefir as -- “an elixir of youth and health,” and the buckwheat flour contains exceptional healing properties: it strengthens the body, rejuvenates blood vessels, reduces fatigue, increases circulation in the hands and feet, and increases the secretion of urine.

It is great for improving memory and concentration (especially for seniors). It lowers pressure, arteriosclerosis and cures constipation.

In combination with the kefir, buckwheat reduces blood sugar levels, cleans the intestines and blood vessels, normalizes metabolism and the function of the pancreas, and increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood. This is one truly amazing agent!

The recipe for this mixture of kefir and buckwheat flour is as follows:

Pour a glass (180ml) of kefir on a spoonful of buckwheat flour and mix well.

Do it at night and leave the mixture in the fridge.

In the morning, a half an hour before the meal, stir it once more and eat it. It is best to have it instead of breakfast. If you prefer, sweeten it with honey. Do not eat for 3 hours after consumption of this mixture.

The cleaning course lasts for 14 days.
