Coarsely chop the parsley with stems and everything in.
Finely chop the lemons
Put chopped lemons and parsley in a large pot, and pour in 3 liters of water.
Cook on a low heat for 2-3 hours, then strain the liquid.
You should get about 1.5l of syrup.
Take your syrup in the morning, before you eat or drink anything. A shot glass is just enough.
You will have enough of the syrup for 15 days, of course, if you drink it every morning.
