Ginger for liver cleansing.
For a long-term and systematic cleansing of the liver (especially in the treatment of alcoholism and consequences of chemotherapy), a tincture of ginger is used.
Tincture of ginger- Recipe
Wash thoroughly the middle ginger root (30 gr) and grate it with the skin.
After that, put the grated ginger root into a pot of dark glass or porcelain.
Pour 200 ml of brandy, close and leave it in a warm dark place for 10-14 days.
It is diluted with cold distilled or boiled water in the ratio 1: 1.
Consume the tincture on an empty stomach 10-15 minutes before meals, according to the following schedule:
You should start with 10 drops, and to increase this amount every day by two strokes, after a period of 15 days,
When you get to 40 drops a day – you should continue to drink the tincture for another 15 days in the same dose (40 drops) daily, then gradually reduce the intake (2 drops per day) in the opposite direction, bringing it to 10 drops a day.
Make a two-week break and repeat the treatment.
