How To Use Ceylon Cinnamon as a Medicine

  • Combine a tablespoon of honey and a ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Take this remedy three times a day.

  • Add three teaspoons of cinnamon and two tablespoons of honey to 400 ml of tea (green tea is the best option).
