Pomegranate Peel For Treating Numerous Diseases

Who would have thought that pomegranate peel can improve digestive health? All that is necessary is to let the peel dry and store it in your kitchen. It is an excellent remedy for stomach infections, or any other intestinal disorders. Read this article to learn how to use its healing power.

In 1999, the Russian magazine Forgotten Hypocrite and Healing with Plants published a recipe patented by G. I. Glubokov. This recipe offered a remedy for appendix inflammation, cholera, salmonella, diarrhea, and dysentery.

The last medication was created in 1996, and it was tested in a special medical trial. Experts also tested its ability to inhibit pathogenic bacteria “in vitro.”

In this article we are giving you the opportunity to read an extract of the very same recipe that was published in this Russian magazine.

Use Dried Pomegranate Peel To Make a Healthy Tea:
To make this tea, use one part dried pomegranate peel to 20 parts water. (For example 10-12g pomegranate peel to 6.5 oz /200ml water). First, heat a glass or a cup, and add the pomegranate peel. Next, pour 6.5 oz /200 ml of boiling water in. Cover, and let it rest for 25-30 minutes. Do not strain the mixture. The healing process starts at this point. Always keep the cup of tea near the patient.
The preparation of this tea is the same for every health condition we’ve mentioned — it is just the application that is different.

Within 5 hours you can cure: diarrhea, typhoid, dysentery, cholera, acute appendicitis (appendix) and salmonella. Follow these instructions to obtain the best results:
Drink half a cup of the tea, and remember, you should not strain it. Cover again. If you start feeling better within 10 minutes, you have probably had diarrhea and the healing is over.

If you feel no improvement within 10 minutes, you are probably dealing with typhoid, salmonella, or cholera. If that is the case, drink the rest of the tea after 3 hours. The healing will continue during this time period. You should feel some improvement 5 hours after the beginning of the healing process.
7-day Treatment For Bile Ulcer, Duodenal (or small intestine) Ulcer, Colitis (inflamed colon)

Follow these instructions to treat any of these conditions:

Drink half a cup of the tea, or about 3.3 oz / 100 ml, throughout the whole day. But, remember, you should drink this tea in four equal parts, and each part should contain 1 oz /25 ml. Drink the first 1 oz /25ml in the morning before you eat or drink anything, and the last before you go to bed.

Drink this tea every other day, which means you will drink it on day 1, 3, 5, and day 7. The amount you will drink is enough to complete the treatment. Take a 7-day break before you continue with the treatment, and, of course, only if you find it necessary.

Do not drink alcohol during this time period. And again, do not strain the tea.

The essence of this treatment lies in the continuous destruction of the pathogenic cells that harm your gastrointestinal tract, without harming the healthy cells.

The key for a successful treatment is in the proper amounts of the ingredients you use, which is 1 part pomegranate peel to 20 parts water. Any mistake with the ratio might have side-effects, such as dizziness, nausea, and headache.

These Seeds Were The Cure For My Arteries To Unclog Accumulated Fat

Blood pressure is the force that our blood exerts against the walls of the arteries, it must be maintained at a certain level for our body to function in the best way, if the blood pressure is too high or too low you can start to trigger a Series of symptoms that can be very serious.

When we have very high blood pressure, we can make our heart function negatively affected, because we would be forcing the heart to pump at a higher intensity so that blood flows in the best way through the body.

This forced function causes the organ to suffer and weaken, so it is more likely in this sense to suffer from some heart disease or, that a heart attack occurs. It is for this reason that it is very important to keep blood pressure under control.

With this natural remedy you can control hypertension

Blood pressure can be increased by several factors, the most common are accumulated fats that obstruct blood circulatory pathways, as well as a very high cholesterol level. As we have already mentioned, these factors can also be direct incidents for heart health.

There are ways to keep blood pressure under control, there are medications that help keep it at an adequate level, however, conventional medications are not a good option to recur constantly.

For this reason, it is best to use a natural treatment that helps us to keep blood pressure at a moderate level, in addition to the recipe we have here you can eliminate the fat that obstructs normal blood flow. To prepare this treatment you only need the following:

Ingredients:

– Two cups of sour cherries
– A naked pomegranate
– An apple (remove the heart from the fruit)

Process:

You can make the juice by keeping the seeds of the pomegranate or without them, many people ingest these seeds to take advantage of their large properties. In this case you just have to put all the ingredients in a blender and process until you get a juice without lumps.

Indications:

Drink a glass of this juice daily, you can choose to do the fasting to better absorb the properties of the grenade. Continue the treatment until you feel a better well-being in the body.

What Happens When Your Arteries Are Blocked And How Pomegranate Can Unblock Them

According to the findings of a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition pomegranate juice has powerful anti-atherogenic properties. That means that regular consumption of the pomegranate’s juice can prevent fatty deposits accumulation in the arterial wall. This amazing property is mostly due to its high levels of antioxidants.

Pomegranate contains high levels of polyphenols and other antioxidants which play an important role in the prevention of atherosclerotic lesions and decrease oxidation of LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol. Many other studies confirm these findings and provide even more evidence about pomegranate’s oxidative stress reducing properties as well as its anti-inflammatory effects in the blood vessels, both of which prevent the formation of ominous plaque in the arteries.

What Happens When Arteries Get Clogged?

Our arteries are very important and delicate blood vessels. They are essential for the everyday bodily operation as well as for proper blood circulation from one organ to another.

When arteries get clogged, the oxygen circulation and blood flow get reduced. Additionally, if your arteries start functioning irregularly, plaque starts accumulating in the arteries around your heart. This is not just one artery but many more which could cause significant damage to your cardiovascular system if left untreated.

According to scientific research pomegranate has the following health beneficial properties:

  • Anti-inflammatory properties – inflammation is often the major culprit in the development of chronic conditions, including heart disease.
  • Anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties –  the development of secondary viral and bacterial infections is a common condition which happens as a result of arterial plaque buildup,
  • Reduces heart enlargement
  • Potent antioxidant properties – eases oxidative stress in the blood.
  • Helps in the prevention of lipid accumulation in the heart muscle.
  • Helps with hypertension – the juice can inhibit the angiotensin converting enzyme, and enhance nitric oxide, which are excellent methods for blood pressure reductions.
  • Reduces monocyte chemotactic protein-1 and fibrosis in the myocardium.
  • Reduces ECG abnormalities.

How To Clean Your Arteries With One Simple Fruit

The future of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment will not be found in your medicine cabinet, rather in your kitchen cupboard or in your back yard growing on a tree.

Pomegranate Found To Prevent Coronary Artery Disease Progression

A new study published in the journal Atherosclerosis confirms that pomegranate extract may prevent and/or reverse the primary pathology associated with cardiac mortality: the progressive thickening of the coronary arteries caused by the accumulation of fatty materials known as atherosclerosis.

Mice with a genetic susceptibility towards spontaneous coronary artery blockages were given pomegranate extract via their drinking water for two weeks, beginning at three weeks of age. Despite the fact that pomegranate treatment actually increased cholesterol levels associated with very low density lipoprotein-sized particles, the treatment both reduced the size of the atherosclerotic plaques in the aortic sinus (the dilated opening above the aortic valve) and reduced the proportion of coronary arteries with occlusive atherosclerotic plaques.

Remarkably, the researchers also found that pomegranate extract treatment resulted in the following beneficial effects:

  • Reduced levels of oxidative stress
  • Reduced monocytie chemotactic protein-1, a chemical messenger (chemokine) associated with inflammatory processes within the arteries.
  • Reduced lipid accumulation in the heart muscle
  • Reduced macrophage infiltration in the heart muscle
  • Reduced levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 and fibrosis in the myocardium
  • Reduced cardiac enlargement
  • Reduced ECG abnormalities

How can something as benign and commonplace as a fruit extract reverse so many aspects of coronary artery disease, simultaneously, as evidenced by the study above?  The answer may lie in the fact that our ancestors co-evolved with certain foods (fruits in particular) for so long that a lack of adequate quantities of these foods may directly result in deteriorating organ function.  Indeed, two-time Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling argued that vitamin C deficiency is a fundamental cause of cardiovascular disease, owing to the fact that our hominid primate ancestors once had year-round access to fruits, and as a result lost the ability to synthesize it.  [see Linus Pauling vitamin C lecture on GreenMedTV]

Discussion

This study adds to the already extant body of clinical research indicating that pomegranate can help unclog your arteries.  For instance, back in 2004, the journal Clinical Nutrition published the results of a three year clinical trial in an Israeli population, finding that the daily consumption of pomegranate juice reversed carotid artery stenosis by up to 29% within 1 year.  Remarkably, the blockages in the control group increased 9%, indicating that pomegranate’s artery unblocking effects were even greater than at first apparent.

Pomegranate’s value in cardiovascular disease is quite broad, as evidenced by the following experimentally confirmed properties:

  • Anti-inflammatory: Like many chronic degenerative diseases, inflammation plays a significant role in cardiovascular disease pathogenesis. There are five studies on GreenMedInfo.com indicating pomegranate’s anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Blood-Pressure Lowering: Pomegranate juice has natural angiotensin converting enzyme inhibiting properties, and is a nitric oxide enhancer, two well-known pathways for reducing blood pressure. Finally, pomegranate extract rich in punicalagin has been found reduce the adverse effects of perturbed stress on arterial segments exposed to disturbed flow.
  • Anti-Infective: Plaque buildup in the arteries often involves secondary viral and bacterial infection, including hepatitis C and Chlamydia pneumoniae. Pomegranate has a broad range of anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
  • Antioxidant: One of the ways in which blood lipids become heart disease-promoting (atherogenic) is through oxidation. LDL, for instance, may be technically ‘elevated’ but harmless as long as it does not readily oxidize. Pomegranate has been found to reduce the oxidative stress in the blood, as measured by serum paraoxonase levels.  One study in mice found this decrease in oxidative stress was associated with 44% reduction in the size of atherosclerotic lesions.
